Is it me or is Florida Basketball losing its UMPH?

Lately the websites that cover Florida basketball is lacking in information. I know there was some talk about Florida Hoops and Florida Prospects transition but in the mean time what happens to help Florida boys in the recruiting process? College basketball is over and those Coaches are craving for stories. Rivals, Scout, Prep Stars and Hoopscoop only seem to cover the top 1 or 2 Florida boys in each respective class. Breakdown and Florida Prospects websites also haven't updated their basketball coverage in months. Can someone offer some suggestions short of starting another Florida grassroots website?

You have every right to say that and to be honest with you, we have failed a lot of the viewers and kids with the basketball coverage in the state of florida.  Now I would say there are more coverage going on than you probably know about.  When Breakdown does their battle of the rankings and invite college coaches down that's coverage.  When we do our basketball tournaments throughout the state and have college coaches come down that's coverage.  Not to mention the countless tapes and phonecalls that are made to coaches in hopes of helping kids get recruited.  With that said, we are committed to expanding our basketball coverage in the state of Florida.  Keep checking in and you will see a difference.

Thanks for the reply.  It looks like you guys are true to your word and updating the site.  June is going to be quiet but I can tell you Reebok is having a camp in Jacksonville this weekend.  Should be a lot of talent, maybe someone should come through and check that out.  I would love to read a report.
