Leesburg jumped out to an early lead on Jones 16-7, it was the Keyshawn Johnson and Adrienne Jackson show early and often, Jones kept leaving the back of there press wide open for layups. Jones closed the gap still down 28-25 halftime.

More of the same in the third quarter Keyshawn Johnson was unstoppable had 11pts in the quarter before fouling out, Jones senior star guard Korneila Wright went out the game leg problem, and that's when sophomore Chardell Jones stepped up and took over the game, scoring 10 straight points.

Jones down 50-45 heading into the fourth quarter Chardell Jones continued to terrorize Leesburg, steal after steal, layups, a getting to the line for free throws, and Jones pulled out the victory 64-61 out scoring Leesburg 19-11 in the fourth quarter, behind Chardell Jones 22pts 15rebs 9stls.

I asked C. Jones when they were down 11 what was her thinking she said "just be patient and know we would get back in it" also asked what her mindset was when she saw there leader Wright go down she said "when I saw our Captain get hurt, I knew I had to step up and that's what I did"

Talked to Coach Robert Moultrie as well after the game, he says "we must step up on defense and not continue to give away easy points, make layups and knock down free throws, I realize we are a young team but we must do better" the lady tigers were 14/32 free throws tonite, missing 18 of them.

Leading Scores Jones (Soph) Chardell Jones 22pts 15rebs 9stls, (SR) Kay Kay Wright 20pts 7rebs 7ast, (Fresh) Jamiya Turner 13pts, (JR) Shania Jacobs 9pts

Leesburg Keyshawn Johnson 21pts, Adrienne Jackson 17pts
