Q & A w/ 2015 Tampa Freedom Taylor Emory (Tulane)
FP: First I would like to congratulate you on your decision to choose Tulane.
FP: What made you choose Tulane?
TE: I felt at home when I visited. Everyone was nice but real. I got great vibes & my happiness was overwhelming.
FP: What other schools did you consider?
TE: I considered Ole Miss, Ga Tech, and Seton Hall towards the end of the process.
FP: What position are you going to play at the school?
TE: Tt's up in the air. I could play up to three positions depending on the game and opponent, but I won't be a big. I know that one lol
FP: Lol! Are you glad that you made an early decision to commit early?
TE: I am very glad. All the pressure is off and I can just have fun.
FP: What are your expectations for the first year?
TE: To get a lot of experience, work my butt off, and show I belong there. I don't care if I'll be a freshman, that won't stop me from being the best I can be.
FP: I hear that! Have you decided on a major?
TE: Pre-Vet kind of thing so I will major in Biology or something close to it.
FP: Nice! What do you expect to bring to the program?
TE: Anything they need me to. I'll bring offense, energy, leadership, and hard work.
FP: Now that you have your College decision out of the way, what are your goals for the remaining of your high school career?
TE: To win states. To make accomplishments as a team, but also to make personal accomplishments for myself. I still plan to get better because even if you're the best, there's always room for improvement.
FP: Well wish you and the squad best of luck this year. Thanks for the interview Taylor and congratulations again.
