The Florida Association of Basketball Coaches, “The Voice of Florida Basketball”, is quickly becoming a high profile organization. After a very successful inaugural Fall Clinic at the University of Central Florida, the FABC hosted a second clinic the first weekend of November on the campus of the University of South Florida in the Sun Dome. Nearly seventy coaches representing both boys and girls basketball at all levels attended this clinic. With a chance to learn from five outstanding coaches as well as observe a practice by the USF mens’ basketball team, it was certainly an outstanding event.

South Florida Tip-off Classic for Leukemia, presented by Tony Perkins Basketball Inc., at Miami Northwestern High School starting on Thursday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m. and ending Saturday November 22 at 8pm.

High-profile teams including St. Benedict’s (NJ), Montverde Academy (FL), and Dillard (FL) and stand-out players like Brandon Knight (Pine Crest, FL) and Tristan Thompson (St. Benedict’s) help to make the Kreul Classic this year’s must-see prep tournament.
