When Erica Brown first arrived at Dillard High School, she promised her coach that they would win a state title. At the time it was could have been just a freshman dreaming big since Dillard had not won a title since 1982 but doing big things is what Erica Brown as done her entire career and that is why we have chosen her as our Florida Prospects Girls Basketball Player of the Year.
